High Speed, Squared Face: The PXG 0211 Hybrid face is constructed from high-strength HT1770 stainless steel, optimized for increased deflection to generate insanely fast ball speeds. The squared face design also shifts the perimeter skirt more vertically, significantly boosting the surface area to enhance forgiveness.
Robotic Polishing: This high-precision manufacturing process ensures the face thickness and curvature (bulge and roll radii) are within design specifications. This maximizes performance and imparts corrective launch and spin for optimal ball flight, even on off-center shots.
High Modal Frequency Design: Through rigorous modal analysis testing, PXG has designed an innovative clubhead structure that delivers outstanding sound and feel. By shifting mass low and back, the clubhead geometry generates high-frequency vibrations. Using modal analysis to study these vibrations, PXG determined the ideal frequency range that produces a more optimal feel and sound at impact compared to the previous 0211 Hybrid model.
