How long does it take to receive my custom-built golf clubs?
Each PXG club is custom-built to your exact specifications. Typically, orders ship within 7 to 14 business days from the date of purchase, depending on component availability.
What is the return policy for PXG equipment?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items. Please note that custom-built golf clubs may be subject to a restocking fee. Items must be in new or like-new condition with original packaging.
Do you offer professional club fitting services?
Yes, we offer professional fitting sessions at PXG retail stores and through our mobile fitting teams. You can book an appointment online to ensure your clubs are optimized for your swing.
Do PXG clubs come with a warranty?
All PXG clubs are backed by a limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two years from the date of purchase.
What shipping methods are available for international orders?
We ship globally via premium carriers like FedEx and UPS. International shipping rates and delivery times vary by country and are calculated at checkout.
Can I track the status of my custom build?
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. As soon as your clubs leave our build shop, a tracking number will be sent to your email so you can monitor the delivery.
